SPEAKER: A crucial balance. Modulating inflammation with diet to optimise training, performance and recovery

Paul has spent many years studying the pharmacological effects of food and food derivatives and is the author of many papers and books on nutritional and pharmaco-nutritional topics. He has a PhD in medical pharmacology from the University of Edinburgh and, as a former international athlete, has a particular interest in sports nutrition, including the impact of immune-modulatory nutritional tools on performance and recovery.
