Philip is a Sports Nutritionist having studied for an MSc in Applied Sports Nutrition at St Marys University College, Twickenham. He is registered with the Sports and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENr) and has a particular interest in plant-based nutrition. He has published a nutrition guide and cookbook Plant-Based 4 Running and runs a nutritional consultancy P4S Nutrition which specializes in plant-based diets. Philip is the Club Nutritionist for the Vegan Runners Club in the UK. Philip joined Buckinghamshire New University in 2017 after completing his Masters degree and runs their Human Performance Laboratory as well as lecturing in Sports Nutrition and Sports Science.
